My client is a leading electronic companies. With a successful and reputable business, they are further investing in the Hong Kong market and is looking for a motivated team player to join their Supply Chain team.
Co-ordinate and arrange with respective departments, subcontractors, forwarding agents & suppliers for orders & delivery
Handle shipment documents and invoice processing
Compile monthly statistical figures for the nominated accounts
Overseas offices and 3PL warehouse to ensure on-time delivery & maintain Company service level
Keep track and maintain database for order processing and logistics arrangement including SAP system
Handle I/E, booking approval, customs declaration and other related activities
With minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Supply Chain or (in-house) logistics industry would be an advantage
Experience in handling shipment with overseas clients/ suppliers
Strong numerical sense and excellent MS Excel skills
