Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales orders, customers’ requirements and enquiries
  • Prepare all set of documents for purchase order, goods return, shipment and delivery
  • Keep track on the status of product delivery, returns, replacements and payments
  • Maintain good customer relationship
  • Liaise with logistics & warehouse department for the arrangement of delivery and inventory control
  • Responsible for sales data input, analytical reports and document filing
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years’ Logistics / Order Processing experience, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Good communications and negotiation skills
  • Able to deal with difficult customers with appropriate manner
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in PC operations including MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Logistics Supervisor
