Responsibilities

  • Manage the design and execution of our existing loyalty programme whilst looking for joint promotion or other opportunities to strategically develop and grow
  • Ensure all loyalty marketing campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and are a key driver in influencing member behaviour and increasing sales uptake
  • Implement the design, production and distribution of all loyalty campaign collateral, advertising, point of sale and technical support material
  • Coordinate with internal departments and 3rd parties on the development and deployment of CRM program strategy and mechanics, program branding, loyalty system, digital ecosystem, app, website and other marketing communication materials
  • Oversee and implement customer acquisition strategy, member engagement & communication strategy via online & offline channels and work closely with internal and external parties
  • Quality gatekeeper on all campaigns/promotions and to ensure best practice sharing  
  • Liaises with internal and external agencies, graphic designers, printers and mailing houses to manage job schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met. Ensure that all collateral adheres to brand guidelines
  • Uphold data governance standards and ensure data is captured consistently and appropriately across different touch points and channels

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, e-Commerce or related disciplines
  • Over 2 years of experience in customer service, loyalty marketing or marketing communications, prior experience working with CRM & loyalty programs is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred, spoken and written
  • Highly motivated, detail-minded and result driven with multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent coordination, communication, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office, CRM System, CMS and analysis tools experience or similar required
  • Immediately available preferred

Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang (near MTR station)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:30am – 5:30pm
