Luxury Brand Regional Supply Chain Manager

One of the European high luxury brands and they have retails stores in APAC and is expanding.
They are looking for APAC Supply Chain Manager to look after all shipments from Europe to retail stores

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign priorities for HK & Australia warehouse providers for all operations
  • Communicate closely with Overseas Headquarters’ Logistics Department and suppliers on shipment or delivery schedule
  • Develop and maintain effective work relationships with 3PLs, vendors & measure the performance of the 3PLs service providers
  • Report preparation (3PL performance measurement/Department P&L)
  • Monitor overall deliveries for all stores in HK/Australia/Singapore/Malaysia to ensure smooth operation and avoid any overflow and cancellations of shipments
  • Coordinate and communicate closely with wholesales customers to meet the delivery window
  • Liaise with different departments for various Logistics support
  • Work with local authority in HK & China on custom policies

Key Requirements:

  • Work with 3PL to manage import, storage in warehouse and distributions experience
  • Retail industry working experience is a must
  • 8 years working experience, minimum 3 years in Manager grade
  • Can do attitude and positive personality
  • Commit to result and detail oriented person is ideal
