Job Description

  • Supervise a team of front office staff to handle the daily duties.
  • Keeps satisfactory performance standards of the department.
  • Assign, deliver and supervise training of new front office staff.
  • Coordinate room reservation data verification and hotel operation system report generation.
  • Supervise cashing and payment collection control.
  • Supervise the handling of guest enquiry and general customer servicing.
  • Supervise sales of theme part tickets.
  • Performs check in, check out and room allocation procedures for guests.


  • Diploma or above in related disciplines.
  • Sound relevant experience in hotel front desk operation, administration and customer services.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Shift duty including overnight shift is required.
  • Knowledge of Opera is preferred.
  • Independent, team-work spirit, careful and able to handle challenges.
