Maintenance Coordinator

  1. Follow up all repair and maintenance works for the department based on the Property Department's guidelines. If the work valued over $16,000, collaboration with Property Department to fix it will be required.
  2. Majority of R&M works include such as drainage blockage, ventilation, installation of PA system (stores), CCTV system, seepage, leakage, and so on
  3. Details of work include cases investigation, fixing schedule of works, asking quotations, preparing purchase requisitions, planning the working schedule, on-site monitoring for quality assurance and progress updates, and payments follow up.
  4. Develop Certified contractor list and perform periodically review on performance
  5. As an Occupational Health & Safety Adviser for the department in view of repair and maintenance.
  6. To carry out the duties as assigned by his supervisors


a. Completion of Primary education
b. Minimum 3 years of related working experience
c. Grade A for Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker
d. Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
e. Solid working experience in retail or distribution industry is preferred
f. Good command of oral and written Chinese (Cantonese)
