RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow up all repair and maintenance works for the department based on the Property Department's guidelines. Collaboration with Property Department if required.
  • Majority of R&M works include such as drainage blockage, ventilation, installation of PA system (stores), CCTV system, seepage, leakage, and so on
  • Details of work include cases investigation, fixing schedule of works, asking quotations, preparing purchase requisitions, planning the working schedule, on-site monitoring for quality assurance and progress updates, and payments follow up.
  • Develop Certified contractor list and perform periodically review on performance
  • As an Occupational Health & Safety Adviser for the department in view of repair and maintenance.
  • To carry out the duties as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of Primary education
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience
  • Grade A for Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker
  • Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
  • Solid working experience in retail or distribution industry is preferred
  • Good command of oral and written Chinese (Cantonese)
