Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of technical staff to operate, repair and maintain the building service systems of large residential, shopping malls and commercial building, providing day-to-day building maintenance management services to the site, and performing ad hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

• A degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, at least 2 years of which at supervisory level in large-scale chiller plant
• Exposure in property management business is a definite advantage
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License A0 and Green Card
• Strong leadership skills, a good team player, good communication skills and able to work effectively under high pressure
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Maintenance Engineer
