Degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Building Surveying or related disciplines
Member of professional institution preferred, e.g. MHKIE, MBSOMES, etc.
Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B or above)
Holder of valid safety card
Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in managing maintenance work of sizable properties of which 5 years at supervisory level
Sound knowledge in relevant local government ordinances and regulations as well as professional engineering practices is essential
To formulate and review the maintenance policy
To prepare annual maintenance plan and budget, oversee maintenance services, monitor the capital work programs and lead the in-house maintenance team & outsourced contractors
To prepare tender documents and follow tendering procedure for maintenance works
To provide professional advice to the tenants on design, installation, maintenance and operation of building services installations at the warehouse and office units
To supervise fault diagnosis and recovery process during major system breakdown and service interruptions, and initiate necessary contingency action plans to minimize the impact to the warehouse operation in case of serious incidents happened
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, independent, responsible personality and a good team player
