Maintenance Officer

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, Building Service, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Proven track record with relevant experience in E&M facility management
• Good knowledge of building services facilities, such as Electrical system, MVAC, ELV, BMS, Fire services, Security, etc.
• Experience in facility management in Data Centre will be an advantages
• Strategic facility services development for data centres, offices environments will be advantages
• Procurement and negotiation skills;
• Ability to write clearly and concisely;
• Fluent in Mandarin, English & Chinese 
• Fluency in MS Project and MS Office Applications
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Energetic and outgoing personality

Job Duty:

• Coordinate in setup of new facilities and equipment
• Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
• Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations
• Plan and manage facility central services such as security, IT computer system, Air conditioning & etc.
• Other duties as assigned
