Reporting to the Facility & Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day repair & maintenance works for the Club, project coordination and supervision for A&A works including monitoring site work progress and workmanship, supervising contractor’s performance, participating in site meeting and contract administration etc.
Applicants should be holder of Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 - 6 years’ relevant experience, of which 3 years at supervisory level. Strong communications skills in both spoken and written English/Chinese are essential. Experience gained in the hospitality industry will be advantageous. Work on weekend and public holiday may be required.
