Our Hong Kong Headquarters is looking for high caliber candidates for the following position:

Maintenance Supervisor

  • Responsible for all maintenance works including but not limited to site inspection, tendering, project supervision and execution
  • Supervise and manage emergency maintenance works
  • Provide recommendations for modification and improvement on site projects
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients and relevant parties to ensure efficient running of daily operations


  • Higher Diploma in Building / Engineering or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of relevant experience especially in MVAC system
  • Property and facilities management experience is required
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Initiative, multitasking with good coordination skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
