To be responsible for controlling the shifting workforce for accomplishment of repair, preventive maintenance and engineering plant operation.
To ensure a safe and efficient operation of Club facilities, including high and low volt electricity, air conditioning, fire service installation, town gas, cold and hot water system and portable equipments.
To supervise and conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule.
To supervise and control the AV Technicians for banqueting functions.
To attend emergency calls, e.g. fire alarms, lift breakdowns, etc.
To quick respond to guest initiated repair or service whether routed through other departments or directly requested to Engineering Department.
To provide prompt response to repair or assist request made by a service department, e.g. Sports, F&B, HSKP and others depts.
To ensure that proper comfort level of environment are maintained.
To keep and maintain cleanliness of all machine rooms and plant rooms.
To keep proper and detailed records of plant operation conditions, e.g. air-conditioning, Heater, plumbing and drainage.
To supervise on the job training for new join Engineering staff.
To perform any other duties as assigned by superior
