工作職責(Job Description)
- 實體通路主題行銷企劃案之發想撰寫、規劃執行，並對其效益進行分析與建議。
- 與各部門溝通、了解品牌理念及通路特色、執行各類行銷案
- 支援賣場氛圍維護、各項資訊宣導及廣宣製作物安排
- 分析消費者及會員的行為、提供針對性建議、並制定檢測指標
- 與異業洽談合作、協調雙方立場及需求、為公司爭取最大利益
- 活用數位行銷工具及資源、刺激會員數及成長
- 市場調查、資料典藏等協助工作
需求條件(Job Requirement)
- 卓越行銷案執行能力，善文案撰寫、活動舉辦經驗。
- 數字與邏輯分析能力佳，具成本概念，掌握最佳專案成本利潤狀態
- 熟悉數位行銷工具，關注其發展趨勢與市場環境變化
- 良好團隊精神，能在限時內及壓力下獨立工作
- 喜愛文創、對生活風格美學、複合式場所經營感興趣
- 資歷架構等級五（學士）或以上
- 五年或以上相關經驗
- 良好英語、中文及國語
- MS Office及中文打字
