Management Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Gather and interpret information to evaluate the business performance of the Company; compile various financial/ costing analysis; prepare management reports and advise management on strategic planning
• Conduct thorough study on the cost analysis of property management company with detailed and qualitative analysis
• Set up and manage a database to maintain standardized reports and facilitate future analysis
• Assist on the budgeting process and analyze the variance with sound justifications
• Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize internal control risk
• Provide support on the regular and ad hoc management reports
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduates in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant with at least 8 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis and management reporting with at least 3 years at managerial level, preferably gained from listed/ sizable investment property companies
• Strong business acumen exhibiting industry-specific and PRC accounting knowledge
• Solid experience in PRC accounting, finance, tax planning and related legislation is a must, and exposure to PRC IIT administration is preferable
• Mature and tactful with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and build rapport with cross-functional business counterparts
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua, and Microsoft Office applications
