Job Highlights

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the department head in overseeing corporate financial control and management
  • Work closely with other departments/ business partners in the provision of management information, identify enhancement area, recommend and execute solutions
  • Support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including high level financial feasibility study
  • Formulate KPI and benchmarking mechanism for business performance review by conducting in-depth analysis and market research
  • Lead financial planning and funding forecast, track and analyze variance
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above in Accounting, Finance or other relevant disciplines
  • CPA or equivalent with 8 years post qualified experience, management accounting experience in similar position preferred
  • Proactive and creative with strong problem solving and planning skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills
  • Responsive and able to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Experience in large corporation and exposure of property industry an advantage
  • Immediate available is an advantage
