About the Program:
The Management Trainee Program is a 2 years program with the aim to develop the talents to become a Department Head. The trainees will be offered job rotation in various functional areas of around 6 months each to gain practical experience and on-the-job training in different aspects. He/She will work with the Chief Executives and Senior Management directly to gain exposure and experience in the organization management with ample guidance and support.
This Program has been proven to be very successful in nurturing talents, we have number of previous trainees being promoted twice during the first 2 years and have acquired the necessary competencies, skills and knowledge to reach Managerial level or higher in personal career path.
