About the Program:
The Management Trainee Program is a 2 years program with the aim to develop the talents to become a Department Head. The trainees will be offered job rotation in various functional areas of around 6 months each to gain practical experience and on-the-job training in different aspects. He/She will work with the Chief Executives and Senior Management directly to gain exposure and experience in the organization management with ample guidance and support.

This Program has been proven to be very successful in nurturing talents, we have number of previous trainees being promoted twice during the first 2 years and have acquired the necessary competencies, skills and knowledge to reach Managerial level or higher in personal career path.

  • Application are opened to fresh graduate with GPA of 3.2 or above and preference will be given to candidates with more than 12 months working experience (Please state your GPA score in the resume or else your application will not be considered)
  • Candidate must be able to handle multi-tasks challenges and be able to balance the difficulties in learning and delivering the required assignments
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Mature with good interpersonal skills, detail-minded, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic, out-going and independent
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint…etc.  

Selection Process:
Written test and aptitude test will be conducted with shortlisted candidate during the hiring process.
