This program is aimed to train up a passionate individual to work in the HR and consulting industry. The program will be divided into 3 different stages:
First 6 months
The individual will be trained and equipped with different employment screening knowledge and skills to support eeVoices’ consultants. This includes working on reference check, employment verification, candidate management and different potential researches and investigations on potential job candidate’s background.
6 – 12 months
In this stage, the individual will be assisting in providing employment screening reports for eeVoices clients’ internal HR team. The individual will be working more closely with eeVoices’ consultants and provide full support to facilitate the process. The key goal is to be equipped with the capabilities and knowledge to act as a trust consultant for eeVoices’ clients.
12 months to 18 months
The individual will be provided with an opportunity to work on different employment screening projects for eeVoices’ clients. The individual will be taking on a consultant role to work closely with eeVoices’ clients. The individual will also be provided with different ad hoc projects and working on internal process improvement projects.
18 Months and Beyond
The individual will be graduated from the program and started with a career in the organization as a manager in the employment screening division.
