This is an 18-months Management Trainee Program with the successful candidate working closely directly with the Executive Management team for various operation and marketing tasks. Below are some of the key responsibilities:
Assist in the company’s core services include conducting reference check and other background check services which the successful candidate will be trained with capabilities in phone, problem solving, data search, reporting writing and client management skills. The successful candidate will also be assigned with different new and ad-hoc projects required by the business needs.
As this role will be working closely with the Executive Management and various projects, this role will require the successful candidate to possess the following characteristics:
