Our Global Management Trainee Program is designed for undergraduates and postgraduates who aspire to advance and excel.

- 3 rotations in 2 years in our global operations covering operations, sales & merchandising and corporate functions

The Candidates
- Undergraduates and postgraduates of any discipline
- Good language skills (English and Mandarin)
- Strong leadership, analytical and presentation skills
- Interest in searching for a new development model in textile industry

- Open-minded and creative
- Independent critical thinking
- Agile to be an agent of positive changes
- Flexible in taking up China and/or international posting
