  • Responsible to manage new merchants’ applications including communicating with merchants or vendors on document processing and problem-solving.
  • Manage and maintain all merchant relationships including negotiation of partnership terms, promotion offers and daily operations
  • Plan, manage an integrated campaign calendar based on brand & merchants activities, especially peak season of eCommerce Marketplace.
  • Actively engaging with different merchants to launch their products on eCommerce marketplace
  • Manage, control product and brand appearance in marketplace to make sure the platform is always presented in a good manner and best practice for user experiences.
  • Energized by contributing to overall success and results as well as motivated by increasing merchants' value.
  • Support different areas within our eCommerce marketplace team, with focus on merchants' relationships, marketing, operations and analysis.
  • Work in close collaboration with many different teams and beyond to secure integration, common focus, and maximization of impact.


  • University graduate in any disciplines
  • Passionate and curious about the work and business we do
  • Driven with entrepreneurial spirit, a creative problem solver with high level of agility and open-mindedness
  • Analytical and sensitive to numbers
  • Equally motivated by working independently as well as collaborating in a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English is a must
