This role will go through an 18-month experiential learning journey with Learning and Development Department. Reporting to Group Director Learning and Development, the Management Trainee will have exposure to assisting in the talent landscape in Hong Kong, Greater China and the Philippines. The Management Trainee will be offered extensive training opportunities for his/her leadership skills, functional skills, project management skills and cross exposure. The candidate will be responsible including but not limited to:

Education: A Degree with a major in Hospitality or Human Resources Development or related discipline
Experience: Human Resources / Learning & Development experience is an advantage
