Management Trainee Program

The Management Trainee Program is a 2-year program with the aim to develop the talents to become a Department Head / Assistant Department Head.

Program features:

  • Fast-track – Graduate into position of Management level
  • Job rotation – Gain practical experience in various functional areas (6 months per stage).
  • Ample guidance and support – Work with the Senior Management Executives directly to gain exposures and experiences.

Who are we looking for?

The Management Trainee Program welcomes talents who are keen to excel at achieving high. Join us if these attributes describe you!

  • Graduates with degrees relating to finance, management, marketing, human resources, investment, actuarial are preferred
  • Application is opened to fresh graduate with GPA of 3.2 or above and preference will be given to candidates with more than 12 months working experience (Please state your GPA score in the resume or else your application will not be considered)
  • Candidate must be a fast learner and are able to handle multi-tasks challenge and be able to balance the difficulties in learning and delivering the required assignments
  • Embrace diversity and teamwork
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Mature with good interpersonal skills, detail-minded, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic, out-going and independent
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.

  • Case study & panel interview: first week of November 2021

*Prospective graduates will also be considered to join the program as interns prior to being appointed as the full-time Management Trainee. There will be a well-organized Internship program for Interns to get well preparation for being successful in the Management Trainee Program.
