Job description

  • Provide secretarial support to CEO

  • Handle filing and documentation tasks

  • Establish and maintain good customer relationships

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team

  • Prepare reports and presentation for senior management

  • Organize internal and external meetings, conferences and events

  • Formulate investment strategies, perform market research and organize marketing activities

Requirements

  • Hong Kong residents

  • Strong services orientation is an advantage

  • Good command in both written and spoken English as well as Mandarin

  • Prior working experience in Wealth Management and banking industry is preferred

  • Recent university graduate in any disciplines with less than 2 years of working experience
