Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support in serving expatriates in banking industry or financial institutions
  • Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate in degree holder
  • Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Possess strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
  • Detailed mind and able to work under pressure
