Customer relationship management

  • Manage customers of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and mainland China markets
  • Answer customer and prospect enquiries about the company’s products and services and communicate with them for upcoming events and product releases
  • Maintain customer relationship management (“CRM") system and update information on sales related online platforms, to ensure sure the correctness of the data in the system
  • Perform collections and manage for customers’ accounts receivable
  • Keen to organize exhibition for Textile & Property event 

Sales and Marketing support

  • Prepare localized sales and marketing materials
  • Draft public relations materials
  • Assist in organizing sales events by searching for suitable venues, working with advertisers, implementing event décor, arranging transportation etc
  • Strategize sales promotion efforts during events by collecting information from potential investors, conducting market research and analysis.
  • Track inventories
  • Assist in the composing the price list of the property units, with the use of the market research information from competitors and potential investors
  • Follow up with potential clients after sales & marketing events

General administration work

Assist in handling office administration tasks

  • Draft letter, emails, and agreements for the company
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments


  • Degree holder in business / marketing / public relations or related discipline from reputable universities.
  • Candidates must have experience of public relations or sales & marking
  • Can handle different complain from different customers
  • Fresh graduate will only consider if he/she has super skillful communication ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Mandarin must be mother tongue
  • Good organizational skill and time management
  • Good analytical mind, initiative, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Willing to learn the customer relationship management (“CRM") system and other ERP systems
  • Enthusiastic and have the ambition to succeed, eager to face challenges in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Immediate availability is preferred
