Management Trainee

MULTI-DISTCIPINES TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED 

This is an unique opportunity for candidates with less experience to join an experienced team. Job rotation will be arranged for the candidate to work under different departments with different job responsibilities and exposure. Training will be offered by individual departments. Through successful projects implementation and tasks assignments, the candidate will be able to assigned to the right positions after the training. Incumbents will be targeted towards senior positions such as marketing, business development, business analysis, customer service, administrations, settlements, or compliance roles.

The ideal candidate will be one who brings a high level of passion and professionalism to financial service and financial-technology development in the fast growing world.

A background in marketing / customer service / business development / business analysis or IT project development / finance will be a STRONG advantage. A good English and Mandarin communication skills are required.

FRESH GRADUATES will be considered. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of various departments
  • Other ad-hoc projects and assigned duties

To be successful in this role, you must be:

  • Willing to learn and numerically sensitive with a good analytic mind and attention to details
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skill, attentive to details and proactive
  • Strong knowledge of computer tools for presentation, data analysis, simple picture and video editing
  • Positive working attitude with high sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity
  • Ability to take minutes and summarize with tasks well organised
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in the right priorities
  • Reported to multiple supervisors
  • Job rotation including full-time work in Shenzhen and Hong Kong

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in relevant field with a good result
  • Background in marketing / customer service / business development / business analysis or IT project development / finance will be an advantage;
  • Proficiency in Word, Powerpoint, Excel and database query;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • FRESH GRADUATES will be considered.
