Having a strong commitment to groom and develop future business leaders, our Management Trainee Programme offers the opportunity for you to equip yourself with hands-on exposure to our operations and business strategies in full spectrum. Our Executive Management Team will also be closely mentoring our Management Trainees in order to nurture and cultivate them for the chance to fast track their careers to management positions across the company.

(1) MT Career Path & Rotation Programme

In our Management Trainee Programme, the rotation and promotion will be in progress at the same time. You will be rotating every 3 – 6 months among the different department.

On-job-training and direct guidance by Executive Management Team and Department Heads will be provided to our Management Trainees. The whole rotation process takes 2 years, but our performing trainees will get promoted to Assistant Manager after their first year in UMH during the rotation, and then Manager after the rotation is done.

Rotation among: Sales Department, Internal and External Operations, Marketing, IT, Executive EA Team and Projects

Management Trainee > Assistant Manager Grade (1 year) > Manager Grade (2 years)

(2) Recruitment Process

Application > Aptitude and Verbal Test > Group Interview> Executive Management Panel

(3) Responsibilities

  • To participate in planning and implementation of the business development strategic plans for the chain of medical and beauty salons
  • To work closely with management team in planning and implementing the promotions, sales plans and staff training program
  • To review operation procedures for improving services standard as well as productivity
  • To maintain and uplift customer service standard through improving the staff training
  • China working opportunity is available

(4) Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with less than 3 years working experience (Fresh graduates will be considered)
  • Proficiency in both written and oral English and Cantonese
  • Excellent PC Applications knowledge such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, result-oriented and self-motivated
