Position Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to building and driving Bank Culture Reform and culture shaping initiatives in the Bank. 
  • Promote Bank Culture and ensure the initiatives are adequately and consistently planned, resourced and executed.
  • Establish and review the Bank Culture policy for the bank.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of the Bank Culture initiatives and policy and to ensure which is complied with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and propose Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR") programs and initiatives for the Bank.
  • Develop strategies and tool to communicate CSR initiatives to customers, communities, employees, shareholders and senior management.
  • Plan, organize, implement and promote recreation activities to enhance staff engagement across the Bank.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments.

Incumbent Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Risk Management, Accounting, Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years’working experience, of which minimum of 3 years’experience in banking & finance field or Project Management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to engage and influence different stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
