The successful candidate will oversee the center operations of a prestigious shopping mall – Harbour City to ensure delivery of the highest service standards. He/she will manage a sizable team of building management, customer service and carpark staff and appointed contractors in daily operations including security, crowd control, traffic management, carpark operation, cleaning, landscaping, customer service and statutory compliance.
Candidates should be university graduates in property, facility management or related discipline with at least 10 years’ proven management experience in managing large commercial complex with proven leadership skills in a highly disciplined environment. He/She should be a self-starter who works independently, resourceful in problem-solving, equipped with excellent organization and people management skills and is proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese. Previous training in risk assessment and management, as well as experience in crowd control would be a definite advantage.
