Manager – Sales & Marketing
Report to GM
Salary Range: HKD40,000 – HKD55,000 x 13 months plus bonus

Job Duties :
Develop and review sales strategies to meet company business goals
Manage customer relationship by providing proactive and efficient advice and services
Be cognizant to market trend by actively sourcing and analyzing information from Product Development Team, overseas office, stores, customers and suppliers
Team with production and supporting functions to ensure right quality, prompt delivery and ever decreasing lead-time
Assist Department Manager to achieve desired sales revenue and goals

Work with Product Development and Merchandising team on the development needs and customer’s direction, as well as coordinate the sample arrangement
Ensure all standards are match with customers’ request to optimize production efficiency
Responsible for set price, manage costs and control sample volume by customer and by order to achieve profitable sales growth and help factory achieve effective capacity utilization profitable sales growth and help factory achieve effective capacity utilization
Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities
Work together with production departments and external parties to ensure orders are met customer expectation
Ensure effective communication with customer in Hong Kong and US on all sales and marketing related issue

Degree holder in business, 10 years of experience in Intimate manufacturing industry
Familiar with all facets of lingerie sales and marketing processes and quality standards requirements
Good product knowledge in Intimate apparel
In-depth understanding on all facets of Intimate merchandising experience
Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
Highly analytical, attention to details, be assertive
Energetic and outgoing
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
With a “can-do" mindset & attitude
