  • Report to the Head of Training Department, to formulate and implement talent development and learning strategies in alignment with the company’s direction
  • Provide suitable learning and development solutions to internal customers
  • Prepare management report and documentation on training effectiveness
  • Manage training budget, course development and program review


  • University graduate in Business or Training related disciplines
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Talent Development and Training
  • Knowledge in Insurance or Banking industry is preferred
  • Good written and spoken Chinese is required
  • Excellent presentation skills and stakeholders management
  • Self-motivated, assertive, innovative with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
