Manager – Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business with designated channel partners and prospects referred in establishing and operating their employee retirement scheme
  • Service selected clients for their pension schemes in compliance with the service standards with a view of reducing scheme transfer-out at minimal level
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from channel partners and clients and acquire a good understanding of client’s needs
  • Provide retirement planning and investment planning services to clients, including provision of advice and distribution of offering documents / marketing materials on funds
  • Assist clients to review retirement portfolio and investment portfolio in light of updated information
  • Assist in developing business strategy and implementing business plan and relevant business development activities
  • Support business development functions including project management and product promotion
Requirements:
  • University graduate major in Finance / Business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience in client services areas within financial institutions
  • Good knowledge of MPF and ORSO legislations is an advantage
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Be proactive, self-motivated and independent
  • Holder of Investment Representative License or has passed the related examination as approved by SFC from time to time
