Participate in the requirement gathering, solution design, testing, system support and enhancement of new initiatives in the Credit Card Business
Conduct analysis and validate system requirements with business and IT teams to support business objectives and determine best process solutions
Coordinate the implementation of system projects, change requests and system release
Perform daily support on system issues and incidents
Assist to establish controls and procedures in running daily operations with credit card system
Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
Minimum 3 - 4 years’ relevant experience in coordinating user requirements and UAT, preferably in the credit card industry
Previous exposure in credit card operations and project management is an advantage
Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Word and Excel
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
