Manager, Account Surveillance (12-month contract - Credit Card Project Management)

  • Participate in the requirement gathering, solution design, testing, system support and enhancement of new initiatives in the Credit Card Business
  • Conduct analysis and validate system requirements with business and IT teams to support business objectives and determine best process solutions
  • Coordinate the implementation of system projects, change requests and system release
  • Perform daily support on system issues and incidents
  • Assist to establish controls and procedures in running daily operations with credit card system
  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years’ relevant experience in coordinating user requirements and UAT, preferably in the credit card industry
  • Previous exposure in credit card operations and project management is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Word and Excel
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
