Manager, Account Surveillance (12-month contract - Credit Card Project Management)
Job Matcher- Participate in the requirement gathering, solution design, testing, system support and enhancement of new initiatives in the Credit Card Business
- Conduct analysis and validate system requirements with business and IT teams to support business objectives and determine best process solutions
- Coordinate the implementation of system projects, change requests and system release
- Perform daily support on system issues and incidents
- Assist to establish controls and procedures in running daily operations with credit card system
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Minimum 3 - 4 years’ relevant experience in coordinating user requirements and UAT, preferably in the credit card industry
- Previous exposure in credit card operations and project management is an advantage
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Word and Excel
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
