Manager, Acquisition and Channels Management (Personal Loan)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the plan and strategies to achieve unsecured loan business target
  • Manage and analyze the portfolio mix and profitability of customers for the P. Loan portfolio
  • To develop the new product features and drive the new initiatives for enhance the product competiveness
  • To implement and ensure the smooth program implementation, development of promotional materials and program performance to achieve the business target and a series of new initiatives
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure the marketing programs and new initiatives run smoothly and effectively

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Marketing or Business related discipline with minimum 5 years’ experience in retail banking business
  • Possess strong business and marketing sense with good project management and problem solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, independent and with excellent interpersonal skill
     

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
