Job Description
Project and administration management of renovation, improvement and enhancement works of large office portfolio to satisfy business expansion needs and ensure repair and maintenance works of E&M services are compliance of the local regulations. Administrate the frontline staff to ensure continuity of services support and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.


  • Familiar in policy writing and update the administration procedures and guidelines in the company intranet and portals.
  • Prepare tender/RFP documents and formulate service agreement.
  • Work closely with service suppliers and conduct regular vendors performance review to assure the efficiency and quality are consistently delivered according to KPIs.
  • Monitor the contractors closely to ensure renovation works completed on schedule.
  • Liaise and negotiate with external parties or vendors for competitive service/facilities offers
  • To coordinate company events and ad hoc projects as assigned.


  • Degree holder
  • Around 10 years’ relevant work experience, at least 3 years in a supervisory level, both MNC or sizeable company experience preferable
  • Experienced in facility management, office renovation and/or relocation
  • Well-organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedule
  • Team work and collaboration with other teams to complete projects successfully and smoothly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with different levels of staff and external parties
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
