To assist the whole team to prepare the role of Think Tank for CAO, and the role of Analyst for Zones. In addition, take the lead in report optimization project to streamline reporting mechanism for long term development of the team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead key management reporting functions (such as War Room, Harvest Scheme, Quarterly Dialogue, KRA report, PEP, etc.) and to provide accurate & on-time reports
  • Assist the supervisor to prepare presentation materials for projects, agency meetings, and various management reporting purpose
  • Prepare reports for key stakeholders such as PCA, Finance Dept., for business review and planning, such as Quarterly Dialogue meeting, Exco Meeting, etc.
  • Take the role as an analyst to provide regular, KPI reports and analysis to Zones
  • Prepare regular agency KPI reports to Zones
  • Regular collect action plan
  • Perform and attend monthly business review meeting with Zones to provide meaningful feedback and observations to AMD/AME
  • Perform regular review on the workflow and requirement of existing and new regular reports in order to maximum the usefulness to users and increase the efficiency of report preparation
  • As PIC of report automation project, to lead the project to ensure the agreed requirements are met, which include but not limited to timeliness and quality
  • Maintain data & report library/inventory for management support and to facilitate business analysis
  • Develop downline (if any) through effective supervision to motivate them to achieve higher goals and better results and influence downline to be committed to the Company’s goals and values, highly motivated to contribute to Company’s success through staff engagement


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years working experience in the insurance industry, preferably with 3+ year people management experience
  • Good understanding and experience in agency channel performance analysis
  • Proven project management experience
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application including Word, Excel & Power point
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature with good manner
  • Certification in insurance / financial studies (e.g. LOMA qualification) would be an advantage
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and English writing skills
  • Sensitive to numbers and strong logical thinking
  • Multi-tasking, flexible and able to adapt in fast-paced environment
