Manager - Agency Recruitment & Training Management

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Plan the recruitment incentive to promote the increase of agents.
  • Organize recruitment activities and publicizing the agent recruitment policy.
  • Conduct product and sales training for new recruits.
  • Deliver junior agent supervisor training, team counseling and management.
  • Manage agent recruitment, training, and team management.
  • Support Department Head to develop and implement strategy in event and program management for attracting talents in agency channel.
  • Lead the team to organize and promote activity programs regularly.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in insurance or business related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in insurance product training or agency recruitment management.
  • Familiar with different insurance products in the market.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent coaching and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Good computer skills, e.g. Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word processing.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager.
