Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build the assigned channel’s network by establishing and deepening relationship with the licensed agents to achieve sales targets as assigned
  • Perform and complete all stages of the sales flow independently, including prospecting, presenting, probing, penetrating and post-servicing
  • Serve selected clients for their pension schemes in compliance with the service standards
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from assigned channel and clients. Acquire a good understanding of client’s needs with a view to enhancing the product and operational capabilities
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and departments to ensure a smooth take-on of new and existing clients
  • Conduct morning meeting and product training on a regular basis
  • Co-ordinate and participate in events and seminars. Identify potential clients and follow-up with calls and visits
  • Perform administrative duties related to the team’s initiatives and generate reports
  • Take up tasks and projects as assigned from time to time


  • University graduate, preferably with major in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ work experience in banking and financial industries; MPF customer servicing experience preferred
  • Maintain Investment Representative License or having passed the related examinations as approved by SFC from time to time
  • Passed MPF Intermediaries Examination
  • Strong initiative, customer service oriented and result-oriented
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
