Manager/ Assistant Manager – Human Resources

  • Administer compensation and benefit programs, 
  • Involve in the installation and maintenance of the HR system. 
  • Conduct salary surveys and assist in the design and development of compensation strategies including short and long-term incentives. 
  • Prepare various management reports regarding employment, employee population, manpower analysis.

Requirements :

  • University graduate with a minimum of 7 years related banking experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of different aspects of human resources especially compensation and benefits and the market practices.
  • Proficiency in Employment Ordinance and other related statutory requirements
  • Attention to details, team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua speaking is required
