Manager/ Assistant Manager – Pension Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of staff pertaining to Pension Fund administration, under both ORSO and MPF regimes and provide coaching to sub-ordinates, where applicable
  • Assist to review procedures and operation flows to improve operating efficiency and achieve end-to-end processing model in Pension Services
  • Check and approve MPF scheme applications, MPF / ORSO scheme’s asset transfer-in, member change of investment mandate and fund switching, fund re-balancing, termination processing and benefit payment
  • Arrange MPF / ORSO statutory reports, internal statistical reports, ORSO scheme’s annual filing documents to the MPFA
  • Handle enquiries from the MPFA, other regulators and/or governing bodies where appropriate
  • Review and provide necessary document for the annual scheme audit
  • Supervise administration managers and/or customer service officers to provide quality administration services and join Business Development Team for client visits and review meetings if necessary
  • Ensure delivery of quality services to clients and prescribed service standards are met.


  • University graduate or equivalent; candidates without this academic qualification but with over 8 years of related experience will also be considered
  • Minimum 5 years of related working experience, with at least 2 years at supervisor level in pension fund administration
  • Passed the MPF Examination
  • Strong command in BOTH spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong presentation, customer service and people management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills and can work independently. Capable to facilitate change / re-engineering of operation flow with ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered for Assistant Manager
