Manager / Assistant Manager, Agency Development

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and implement action plan to achieve business target
  • Implement, execute and promote agency initiatives to achieve target
  • Work closely with agency teams to identify business opportunities and resolve agency issues that may arise
  • Inspire and maintain high morale among the agency force through the implementation of appropriate initiatives and incentives
  • Assist in managing the operation of Financial Planners Development Centre
  • Assist in building a team of professional financial planners to drive business value
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate in business related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years of agency management experience in the insurance industry
  • Result-oriented with strong initiative and proactive approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude and customer-oriented mind set
  • Familiar with insurance sales strategy, products, compensation, marketing and distribution strategies
  • Proficiency in PC applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager or Senior Officer, Agency Development
