Responsibilities:

  • Provide full set of corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of clients

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above major in Business Administration and Secretarial studies, Corporate Governance or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of company secretarial experience
  • Working experience gained with professional firms is an asset but not mandatory
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Be passionate for providing exceptionally quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectations
  • Position offered will commensurate with the experience of the right candidates
