  • Handle a full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the listed company and its subsidiaries in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas
  • Ensure compliance with listing rules requirements and other applicable rules and regulations
  • Prepare annual / interim reports, announcements, circulars, board papers and minutes, and organize board and shareholders’ meetings
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks assigned from time to time


  • Qualified professional with HKICS / ICSA membership
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience, some of which gained from listed companies at managerial level
  • Affluent with listed and compliance rules and regulations, with in-depth knowledge of the Listing Rules, the Companies Ordinance and relevant provisions of the Securities and Futures Ordinance in respect of disclosure of interests
  • Sound leadership, self-motivated and abilities to work independently and accomplish tasks under tight schedules; and
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is a must

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
