Manager / Assistant Manager (Contracts)
The incumbent will handle contract administration and award, cost estimation with analysis and maintain cost data bank, liaise with the project management team and other consultant parties.
Requirements:
- Degree holders in Quantity Surveying with qualification of MHKIS / MRICS
- Minimum 10 years of quantity surveying experience in overall building development process from inception to completion
- Solid experience with property developer in Hong Kong
- Good command of English report writing
- Incumbent with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager (Contracts)
