Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead the team responsible for replying correspondences to the regulatory bodies, accounting firms, solicitors, etc.
  • Perform acceptance tasks for deceased’s account(s) / court order against the customer account(s) status in the front-end CRM System, handle e-Cert application and renewal
  • Ensure the working procedures and workflow are in compliance with the internal / external guidelines
  • Prepare User Request Forms, Access Authority Forms and drafts of Circular of the Centre
  • Handle the monthly statistics reports for the Centre and coordinate with IT Department on system enhancement
  • Backup as Relief Officer and take up administrative duties, special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines with at least 8-10 years banking experience
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements and proven supervision experience
  • Attentive to details with good interpersonal skills and can work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
