  • Professional qualification in Finance / Accountancy, preferably CFA

and / or CPA

  • 2-7 years relevant working experience, preferably in professional firm

and / or relevant field

  • Previous experience in corporate finance transactions, market and

business analysis, financial modelling and direct investment will be

an advantage. A self-starter, meticulous and detail-oriented

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good inter-personal skills and able to establish effective
