Manager/ Assistant Manager, Product Management (Investment products and marketing)

You will work in product development team of Wealth Management Department for driving the product development and marketing activities to deliver business results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop policies, procedures and terms and conditions for new product launch
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk and head office to ensure product procedures and policies in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control policies
• Work with Operations and Technology team to design the process flows of the new products to achieve good user experience and high operation efficiency.
• Develop the sales and marketing activities to achieve business and market share targets, and monitor the effectiveness of the activities, ensure all the promotion tools and materials are well developed for each product
• Optimize the product operation, system development, selling processes and transaction processing
• Conduct training and presentation to various levels of stakeholders
• Explore new idea for products, sales and marketing

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 6-8 years’ experience in Product Management, preferably in wealth management or retail banking
• Solid exposure in investment products(Structure products, Stock, IPO, investment funds, bonds etc.) and/or marketing is a definite advantage
• Core banking project experience is a plus
• Experience in handling UAT on new product launch or enhancement project is a plus
• Proficient Chinese and English writing skill, good command of written and spoken Chinese(Mandarin)
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Detail oriented, good problem-solving skills, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered.
