Manager / Assistant Manager (Retention and Churn Management)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to manage digital and sales channels to achieve KPIs on contract renewal and churn across customer segments
  • Identify the target segmentation for CRM initiative and develop suitable campaigns to drive retention rate
  • Responsible for customer communications across all channels
  • Monitor closely the cost for retention

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing / Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in CRM / Loyalty/ Marketing
  • Sound knowledge in customer segmentation (consumer lifestyle) and profile analysis
  • Meticulous with analytical mind and able to work independently with strong commitment to cope with timelines
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a collaborate team environment and provide support to counterparts as necessary
